EMP HOLDING KL OFFICE LETTED OUT

On 2021 August, our KL office has been letted for the next 2 years. It will be used to do Internet services by the new tenant, Mr. Lu.

EMP HOLDING COMPANY KL OFFICE LOOKING FOR TENANT FROM 1.5.2021

 Our KL office space of 540 sq. ft. at Block J, Cheras Business Centre is looking for new tenant from 1.5.2021.

It was letted out since 1.2.2019 but the tenant moved out in April 2021.

TABLES PLACED IN OFFICE SPACE RECENTLY

Recently, we placed tables onto our upstairs office space.

There is a configuration for Classic Classroom mode and for Public Talks, workshops and Training.

UPSTAIRS WORKSPACE TO BE SECURED BEFORE TALKS

We want to install webcams in the public workspace and pantry/WC areas. Movement will be monitored and recorded. Two areas are restricted to the public.

PUBLIC TALKS PLANNED

With our office space done up, our next development plan is to arrange public talks.

We intend to hold 6 public talks next year hopefully in March, May, July, September, November and December.

Topics and speakers can range from tourism, wild life, conservation, technology, IT seevices and other interesting topics.

Speakers are allowed to present 1 hour talk and will be followed with questions and answer session from the public.

FRONT UPSTAIRS OFFICE SPACE TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC LECTURES AND TALKS

Our front upstairs office space in Melaka can be used for public lectures and talks.

Interesting topics on tourism, environment, technology and other topics can be held.

FIRST PRIVATE TALK HELD AT MALACCA

We recently held our first private talk at our premises in Malacca.

In the future, we might invite guest speakers
to talk about interesting subjects on tourism, wild life, conservation, public health, fintech, IT services and others.

These talks or lectures can be opened to the public.
