EMP MALAYSIA QUOTES 2 MT/HR TROLLEY DRYER TO LAOS

A Thai contractor has asked our company to submit our price quotation for our 2mt/hr trolley dryer to a rubber factory in Laos.

Our company has already submitted our prices for their evaluation.

They saw our trolley dryer at our Thai client in Thailand recently.

We hope to follow up on this submission.

GAS BURNER OF EMP HYBRID RUBBER DRYER ENERGISED

After testing the steam heating system, the final gas burner was activated yesterday. This gas heating is to be used if the steam heating was not used.
During this site visit, our MD had a fall and injured his right foot. Luckily, the injury was not serious though his leg has to be in cast.

He had to seek medical treatment at Thaksin hospital in Surat Thani. His right angle has to be Xrayed in order to assess the injury. The right heel was fractured by taking the full force of the fall.

LOADING OF WET RUBBER CRUMBS INTO DRYER TROLLEYS

A horizontal moving loading hopper was added to our static screen for loading wet rubber crumbs from the crumb transfer pump into the dryer trolleys. By doing so, only one person is used to load the crumbs into the trolleys.

Our complete EMP Skim Block rubber processing line is now in full operation. Our complete EMP Wet processing line is functioning well and our dry line i.e. the hybrid dryer, automatic rubber baling press and Metal detector are also in operation.

Our managing director, Mr. Kang will be flying into Surat Thani next week for a final installation inspection.

100% DRYING BY STEAM

Our Thai customer has started to test our EMP dryer with 100% steam heating. The dryer has been operating for 24 hours.
The optimum temperature has been reached and they are able to continue drying continuously.

Our dryer works well if it is being operated continuously.

EMP GROUP LAUNCHES NEW CONTINUOUS TRAY DRYER

EMP Malaysia Engineering and Projects Division has designed and launched our new space saving continuous tray dryer. No return track is needed if compared with existing trolley driers. At the same time, dried bales can be discharged automatically. The new drier works well with our single chamber automatic rubber press.
