EMP MALAYSIA TURNS 30 IN 2015

Time flies as we get older, so the saying goes.
It is also true for our company.

Founded in 1985, our company turns 30 this year. Our company has seen good times and bad times but with prudent management, we made it until today.

Due to age, our Chairman has decided to retire as the current Chairman with immediate effect. He is eighty nine years old.

Mr. Kang Weng Piew has been our Chairman for the past 30 years.He remains as our Honorary Chairman and shareholder of our company.

Mr. TW Kang remains as the Managing director and manages the company's daily affairs.

Our company wants to wish our clients, manufacturers, suppliers, agents and well wishers for their continuous support to our company over all these years.

EMP SKIM BLOCK LINE BEING INSTALLED

EMP Wet Skim block processing line

Our EMP Skim block system that will process the wet rubber blocks into crumbs is being installed at out client's rubber factory.

Electrical wiring will soon be installed to the machinery. Once completed, our personnel will be traveling to site to check the mechanical and electrical installation before we test run the complete line.

EMP MALAYSIA TESTS SKIM BLOCK DRYER

Our company has started to test our Skim block dryer in Surat Thani. Steam line is also being installed. We tested the exhaust fan and cooling fan late this afternoon.
The wet line will be installed in March 2015 and electrical wiring installed. We hope to test and commission the complete skim block line by April 2015.

EMP MALAYSIA SUBMITS PRICE QUOTATION FOR 700,000 PCS. OF LATEX CUPS AND ACCESSORIES

EMP Malaysia Trading Division has quoted a potential customer for the supply and delivery of 700,000 sets of latex cups and tapping accessories to a Malaysian company. The quantity involved is large eventhough the costs of each latex cup and tapping accessories are on the lower end. As such, the final figure for this tender is quite substantial.

In view of the long delivery date, it is necessary for us to include the new 6% GST value into the overall price. By doing so, the price has gone up by 6% from our prices. We look forward to the feedback on this submission.

EX-STOCK NEW FOOT MOUNTED 40HP MOTORS AND NEW HELICAL GEARBOXES FOR SALE

Our EMP Trading Division has some new ex-stock 40HP, 1450 RPM, 3 Phase 415 Volts foot mounted motors for sale. We have 3 sets of these SIMEX brand motor for immediate sales. The motors are new and not used at all. Ex-stock and Ex-Kuala Lumpur price is RM 2,900.00 per set only.

At the same time, we have ex-stock 2 sets of new Flencon Helical ZSY 224 31:1 ratio gearboxes from China suitable for pre-breaking rubber machinery such as wet prebreaker and wet slab cutters. They are suited for 60-75 HP motor input as the prime mover. Ex-stock and Ex-Kuala Lumpur : RM 9,500.00 per set only.

EMP FANS DIVISION DELIVERS 2 SETS OF CENTRIFUGAL FANS

Our Fans Division has recently delivered 2 sets of Centrifugal fans to our customer. They are using them for their cooling tunnel fabrication.

They ordered these fans in December 2014 and we are able to deliver them in mid January 2015. As they are delivered before 1st. April 2015, we will not be charging the 6% GST in our invoice. Any deliveries made after 1st. April 2015 are subject to 6% GST.
