After showing off our office suite to a potential tenant last week, they have finally decided to rent the new and unoccupied office suite bought by our holding company as an investment and future rental income.
The tenant will pay their deposit to lock into the office suite and renovations will start in mid October before shifting in by early November 2011.
We intend to let it out for 1 + 1 year basis and its rental will increase our monthly earnings.
Our office in Pandan Indah is being retained as our corporate office and remain so for the time being.
