PROJECTS AND ENGINEERING DIVISION SUBMITS 1MT/HR RUBBER PROCESSING LINE TO CENTRAL AFRICAN COMPANY

Our Projects and Engineering Division has just submitted a 1mt/hr crumb rubber processing line to an African company based in Central Africa.

The line is to produce TSR 20 grade of crumb rubber from slabs and cup lumps collected from smallholders. They are extremely dirty and require substantial pre-cleaning, cleaning, blending and creping of these cup lumps.

Due to the extreme condition of the cup lumps and slabs, blending of the raw material with sheet material must be done otherwise the properties may not meet the Technical Specified Rubber grading specifications. This blending ratio was suggested in our proposal.

We are awaiting the feedback from our client regarding this processing line.

PROPOSED RUBBER SHEET FACTORY IN CONGO

25th. July 2011

Our Projects and Engineering Division has just submitted our proposal to our potential client for the setting up of a sheet rubber factory in Congo, Central Africa.

As their daily collection of field latex is not large, the field latex collected can only be used to process a 1.5mt (dry) of sheet rubber per day. As their collection increases, they can consider a crumb rubber factory in the future.

As the sheet rubber factory is quite simple to operate and is environmentally friendly, the factory does not need to use too much electricity. Process is simple and only labour is used. Depending on their requirements, the sheet can be air-dried into Unsmoked Sheets (USS) or smoke dried into Ribbed Smoke sheets.(RSS)

We are awaiting for their feedback on our proposal.
