EMP TRADING DIVISION SECURES TAPPING ACCESSORIES ORDER

Our African client has confirmed their order for the supply of Ethephon Plus latex stimulants, Gebung type rubber tapping knives, Upward cut tapping knives and sharpening stones.

EMP Skim Block Wet Process Line Electrical Panel being manufactured

All our EMP Wet Process line for skim block production are being painted before delivery. Our company is now fabricating the Process line Electrical Panel. Our mimic diagram is ready to be mounted onto the electrical panel before it is tested.

Once tested, the panel will be wrapped in plastic and crated before delivery.

Our EMP Wet Processing line is being painted before delivery to our Thai client. They came to inspect the machinery recently and decided on the colours. Bright colour to be painted on all guards while metallic blue for machinery against acidic environment.

EMP WET SKIM BLOCK LINE

Preparing our EMP Wet line processing system for end September delivery. Colour code for the machinery has been approved by the buyer who came in on 30.8.2014 to inspect the machinery.

We will be painting the completed machinery with the agreed colour codes before itemising them for partial delivery of the wet process line.

All our machinery and auxilliary items are pre-marked at the factory site before delivery. Mechanical installation is simplified and no civil works such as foundations are required. The crusher, crepers, belt conveyors and shredder are designed for easy installation and alignment. Only a flat concrete factory floor is required. Mechanical installation at site can be done within a day or two - thus saving time.

Our Projects and Engineering Division has submitted our proposal to this potential Thai client for our EMP 2mt/hr TSR 20 Automatic Rubber processing line recently. EMP FAN DIVISION SUBMITS COWDRAY FANS FOR OIL PALM MILL IN INDONESIA

Our Fan Division has submitted a quotation for 8 sets of Cowdray centrifugal fans to Indonesia. We have an authorized agent for our Cowdray fans for oil palm mills in Indonesia. Last year we exported our Cowdray fans through this agent. We hope to get this order as well.

EMP MALAYSIA ASSEMBLES SKIM BLOCK WET PROCESS LINE FOR THAI CLIENT

EMP Crepers being assembled Our EMP Skim block process line is being assembled. Comprising of a static crusher, 3 crepers and a final size reduction shredder and belt conveyors, they can be ready for inspection by our Thai client by mid September. We will decide the colour scheme as well after the inspection.
